How do I submit a new transaction?
REI Transactions is streamlined and easy to use. After you register and become an active user, fill out a simple form and supply the required documents. We’ll take it from there and are always available for questions.
How do I submit documents?
After you fill out the form, there will be an opportunity to attach your documents. You can submit them all as one PDF or submit each document individually. One of our Transaction Coordinators will review your submission and take care of it from there. If there are additional documents needed, the Transaction Coordinator will contact you.
You can scan a document from a smartphone or tablet. There are many apps available that allow you to scan documents with the built-in camera on your device and save them as a PDF. Although there are many to choose from, a few that we like are:
Can there be multiple parties?
The REI Transaction system is built to handle multiple buyers, sellers and end-buyers. All parties involved in the transaction will receive an assigned level of communication based on the Contact Information Form that is submitted with the Transaction.
How do I know what documents are required?
Since every transaction is different, the required documents can vary. Our Transaction Coordinator knows which documents are required and will assist at every step.
